All Toy Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any toy products. This includes vibrators, dildos, couples toys, bondage gear, and all other adult novelty items.

  • No returns on vibrators or pleasure toys
  • No returns on bondage or BDSM gear
  • No returns on UV / blacklight accessories that make body contact

Returns Accepted On

We happily accept returns on the following categories within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn/unread and in original condition:

  • Books & zines
  • Fishnet stockings & tights (unopened, original packaging)
  • Apparel & clothing items (unworn, tags attached)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@blacklightboutique.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
